First time projects are priced at $120 for 5 solid hours of cleaning. This is to ensure a full understanding of the job and proper completion. Service includes all materials needed for standard cleaning supplied by Better Than Clean Maid & Maintenance Services.

The term "minimal repairs" means that if we see something that's damaged or out of place we will repair the damage provided that no outstanding materials or equipment are required. Such damage might consist of everyday use of an item or area; tears, water marks, stains, wear, heavy dirt, breakage and so on.

If any damage requires serious repairs then we will provide you with an estimate for materials needed and estimated time to repair for your consideration. Our maintenance team are fully licensed and insured contractors and offer the lowest prices possible for professional repairs.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your house cleaning, simply contact us within 24 hours of your service and we will happily re-clean the area with which you are dissatisfied.


Please notify us if for any reason you find it necessary to postpone or cancel your scheduled house cleaning. We would appreciate at least 24 hours notice so that we can adjust our schedules accordingly.
