Cleaning sessions are priced at $140 for 5 solid hours of cleaning, per person. Service includes all materials needed for standard cleaning supplied by Better Than Clean Maid & Maintenance Services.

Better Than Clean renews high traffic areas with monthly maintenance attention to furniture, flooring, walls, railings, counter tops. This services is a preventative services to prevent costly renovations to high traffic areas effected by Human Beings, the wear of which makes an environment dirty, unhealthy, drab and stained. Any high traffic area requires maintenance. 

The term "minimal repairs" means that if we see something that's damaged or out of place we will repair the damage provided that no outstanding materials or equipment are required. Such damage might consist of everyday use of an item or area; tears, water marks, stains, wear, heavy dirt, breakage and so on.

If any damage requires serious repairs then we will provide you with an estimate for materials needed and estimated time to repair for your consideration. Our maintenance team are fully licensed and insured contractors and offer the lowest prices possible for professional repairs.

All work is completed by us, we do not hire temp employees, fill-ins or random people. We appreciate the value of your investments and do everything possible to ensure proper care and safety.


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your house cleaning, simply contact us within 24 hours of your service and we will happily re-clean the area with which you are dissatisfied.


Please notify us if for any reason you find it necessary to postpone or cancel your scheduled house cleaning. We would appreciate at least 24 hours notice so that we can adjust our schedules accordingly.

In addition to weekly, bi-weekly and monthly house cleanings we also offer one-time house cleanings that include move-ins and move-outs, spring-cleaning, service prior to a big event and other non-recurring services.
